Mike Ribout - Design and Project Management / Managing Partner
Mike specializes in custom home design and acts as the lead project manager for Bowerbird construction projects. He holds an Architectural Technician Diploma and draws from over 15 years of on-site construction experience. Mike has previously been a member of the Tamlin International Home Design and Project Management team since 2004 and has designed over 50 custom homes, cottages and chalets.
Justin Thompson - Marketing and Operations / Managing Partner
Justin oversees daily business operations at Bowerbird, specializing in marketing and sales. He strives to provide exceptional client support, and over the past 15 years, has accrued a wide variety of construction management experience. Justin has a Diploma in Tourism Management and has previously spent his winters working as a helicopter ski guide in British Columbia.
